* Within 90 Days of Vacancy identify a permanent pharmacist in charge (only occurs if permanent pharmacist in charge was not identified within 10 days of vacancy)
* PIC Extended Leave of Absence (under 120 days): May identify an interim PIC and provide notice of such changes to the board.
* PIC Extended Leave of Absence (over 120 days): Initiate change of pharmacist in charge.
