Can Pharmacist Refuse to Fill a Valid Prescription (birth control, narcotics)? In what circumstances?

Not Specified - most states must allow prescriptions to go another pharmacist or another pharmacy. Exceptions: nonvalid prescription (call 911) or a prescription that is not safe (call the prescriber).
