* Controlled Opium: 48 dosage units (240 cc)
* Any Other Controlled Substance: 24 dosage units (120 cc)

* Bound Record Book (Pages Sewn/Glued to Spine) including: Employee Name/Unique ID who Approved Purchaser, Name, Address, Substance, Quanity, Date.
* Pharmacist shall review Rx History prior to dispensing C-V without a perscription.
* Dispensing shall be by Licensed Iowa Pharmacist or Pharmacist-Intern (if under direct supervision of preceptor). A non-pharmacist can still collect payment and finish the transaction.
