- light-headedness
- dizzy
- nausea
- VOMITING
- weakness
- breathing
- skin color

Get clues about enviornment when illness happened
A
heat=dehydration, heat stroke
cold=frostbite, hypothermia

Check if the victim takes any medication
A
If so, the medication could be an indication as to what is wrong

What to do if there are any doubts about severeity
A
call 999

What to do if the victim is lying down or unconscious?
A
put the victim in rescue position

what temperature to keep the victim at?
A
moderate
not warm
nor cold.

What to do if victim faints or has fainted
A
- lower down to ground or couch
- raise legs 8-10 inches
- Do not give the victim anything to eat or drink
- If the victim vomits or is nauseous, place on side
- call EMS

Heat cramps
A
- take them to cool enviornment/water to cool down
- massage the area
- no need to give medication, unless they need to.
