It is a SOLUTION where the CONCENTRATION in the surrounding SOLUTION

A solution in which the concentration of dissolved substances in the surrounding solutions lower than the concentration of solutes inside the cell.

The animal cell will develop cell lyses and burst due to the molecules pushing onto the cell membrane.

It will swell up and become TURGID but will not form cell lyses due to rigid cell wall. IDEAL!
