5-08 SECOND ALARM DISPATCH (RADIO PROCEDURE)
When responding to a second alarm what are will the incoming apparatus do with regards to the radio transmission?
Acknowledge dispatch and all information on the channel they where dispatched on and then switch to the operational channel of the incident.

- When crews are enroute, further details will be viewed byt the crews on their MDU
- Should crew already be on sene, further u[pdates will be sent to their pagers as the Captains andDriver will have pagers on them at all times

Wil be used regularly by communications for incident alerting

will be implemented when requested by any BFES, CFES, MFES, staff person at an incident where an important verbal announcement will be made regarding a Mayday, an Evacuation or an emergency announcemwnt.
