1. no building on it
2. construction of a building that is started, but has not proceeded past the nasonry foundation stage
3. a completed building with all the exterior components in place

25-01 Fire Break Lots

FIre breaks shall be designated using the following guidelines:

• for esingle family dwellings, semidetached swellings, and quatroplex dwellings not more than six building adjacent to each other
• for town house building, not more than two building adjacent to each other.
• building envelopes with side yard setback of greater than 25 feet (8 m) do not need fire breaks designated
• building envelopes with rear yard setbacks of greater than 25 feet (8 m) do not need fire breaks designated

• 6 daytime. 8am-4pm
• 7 evening 6pm-8pm
• 45 mins to 1 hour

Tours may include the following

1. apparatus tour includes seeing inside the cab, specific tools
2. discussion of age appropriate information on fire prevention, life safety smoke alarm, CO alarms and fire excape plans
3. firefighter dressed in bunker gear, including SCBA

FLSE and fire crew are to inform the group of their responsibilities in even that there is a call duing a tour

1. the tour is immediately terminated
2. report to the back of th station, remaining calm and clear o fhte apparatus and equipment
3. the group is asked to exit the station after the apparatus leaves, and close all man doors behince them
4. the tour may be rebooked at a later date through the normal booking procedures
