Esures workers:
1. works in the manner and with the protective devices, measues and procedures requied by this act and the regulations
2. Uses or wares the equipment, protective devices or clothing that the workers employer requires to be used or worn

Additional duties
3. Advises worker of potential dangers
4. Provide worker with written instructions measures and procedures to be taken for the protection of the worker
5. Take every precaution reasonable for the protection of the workers

2. Use safety equipment
3. Report the absence of equipment or defective equipment
4. Report any contravention of the act

No worker shall

1. Remove or make ineffective any protective devices
2. Operate equipment or machines in a dangerous fashion
3. Engage in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous condescending
