A self-screening tool that can be used by anyone who is planning to start an excercise or training routine. Physical activity readiness questionaire.

Warm up and the 3 phases
A
Cardiovascular, stretching and sport specific phases to prepare the muscles, joints, mind and reduces risk of injury.

Cool down
A
Similar to warm up but the aim is to lower the heart back to its resting rate. This is done by a light cardivacular phase (like jogging) and static stretches.
