A concussion is when you receive a blow to the head The symptoms are -slurred speech -headaches -bad coordination
What is a Torn Cartilage
A cartilage is a firm elastic tissue that is in between bones that stops hard friction between bones and is a shock absorber.
It is caused by overuse of the muscle.
What is a sprain?What are the symptoms?
A sprain is a ligament damage that happens when you stretch too far or you twist. The most common sprain in sports is a twisted ankle. Symptoms are - swelling.
What is a dislocation?What are the symptoms?
A dislocation is when a bone at a joint is forced out of its natural position.

What is Soft Tissue Injury?
A soft tissue injury is a particular prone injury due to the muscle movement is past the range of motion-this can cause tear or pull tendons and ligaments.
What is a strain?
A strain is a twist, pull or tear of a muscle or tendon. The most common strains are hamstring pull and twisted back.
What is an Abrasion?
An Abrasion (or graze) can be caused by friction of the skin against a rough surface. This can occur from falling over or making a tackle on a surface like 3G or 4G.
How would you stop these types of injuries happening?
Applying principles of training Playing by the rules Checking the facilities you are using Wearing protective clothing Warm ups and cool downs
