What is Continuous training
Steady training, moderate to high level training without any rest

Running where speed and terrain are constantly changing
What is interval training
Alternating periods of high and low intensity
What is circuit trianing
Various exercises completed for a certain amount of time / reps one after the other
What is plyometric trianing
Maximum amount of force exerted by the muscles for short intervals of time
What is weight trianing
Shifting of weight to increase strength of muscles using programe of exercises
