What are the six skill related components of fitness
Power, speed, agility, reaction time, coordination, balance
Agility
The ability to change position and control the body at speed
What are the two types of Balance
Static and dynamic
Balance
Being sble to keep the body stable while at rest or n the move
Co-ordination
The ability to use two or more body parts together
There are three types of coodination what are they?
Foot-eye coordination,
Head-eye coordination,
Hand eye coordination,
Power
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly.
What is the formula for power?
Strength x speed = power
Reaction time
The time between a stimulus and a movement in response to it
Speed
The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distnace of space
