A drug that has a calming or sleep inducing effect

Activity level
Your activity level has a huge impact on your health and fitness. The most important factor determining activity level is choosing to be active or not. Other factors include travel, facilities, cost, equipment or time.
Work/life/sleep balance
Exercise helps you to sleep better which also helps your body to recover. Rest is an important aspect of training as it allows your body time to recover and adapt. It could lead to stress, anxiety and depression.
Recreation drugs
Recreating drugs are split into two categories: legal and illegal. Legal drugs include caffeine, nicotine and ethanol. Illegal drugs such as heroin and cocaine have negative and harmful effects.
