Osteoporosis is a disease that cause bones to come weak and fragile. Doing regular weight-bearing exercise can help to prevent osteoporosis.

Regular exercise can help reduce the risk of coronary heart disease, as during exercise you will be able to reduce your cholestoral, therefore reducing your blood pressure and raising the risk of coronar heart disease.

A

If you overexercise or overtrain this will increase the chance of the person getting injured which coyld have a large impact on the person well-being as you may have to take a long time off work.

Explain the effect of alcohol on the body during sport.

A

If you are under the use of alcohol during sport then you will have a slower reaction time and therefore in motor spoort this willincrease your likelyhood of a crash which could lead to death- especially in less secure vehicles.
