A

Cartilage is a firm elastic substance ehich lines adjoining bones. It absorbs the impact on the bines while reducinf the friction during sports. Damage to cartilage occurs during wear and tear overuse.

A

A sparin is a damgaed ligamentone of the most common sprains in sport is a twisted ankle.

Sprains often occur when somebody stretches too far past the normal range of a joint, can be caused by falling or colliding.
