- Venous and arterial thrombosis
- Thrombocytopenia
- Recurrent fetal loss (especially 2nd trimester)
- Cerebral disease (e.g. migraine, seizures)
- Livedo reticularis (see rash sheet)

- Anticardiolipin
- Antiphospholipid antibodies in the serum
- Lupus anticoagulant presence

Treatment
A
Anticoagulation with either aspirin or warfarin or both
Many female sufferes have been able to carry foetuses to term as a result
