- 1 The Officer/Supervisor on duty within each facility shall review the plan with personnel at the following times:
- 1.1 Initially, when the plan is developed;
- 1.2 Whenever the plan is changed;
- 1.3 When new personnel are assigned;
- 1.4 Quarterly, during the first week of January, April, July and October of each year.
- 2 An entry shall be made in the company journal/Station Log each time the Officer/Supervisor on duty reviews the plan with personnel.

To comply with the law, this Emergency Action Plan is published. A copy of this directive shall be available for inspection by New York State PESH inspectors.
