  3. 1.2 Physical altercations among members, serious confrontations with civilians, dangerous misuse of Department vehicles.
  4. 1.3 Arrest of Department employees.
  5. 1.4 On-duty confrontations between Department members and members of the Police Department, or other government agencies which may lead to possible disciplinary action.
