The literal translation of the Sanskrit name of a place in current
North India: Rajgir (Skt. rājagṛha, literally meaning “king’s abode/residence”).
བྱ་རྒོད་ཕུང་པོ་

The name of a mountain, Vulture’s Peak, located near Rajgir.
Buddha Śākyamuni is believed to have taught what is called, “the second turning of the wheel of dharma”, there, which largely comprise his teachings on emptiness.
