ན་མོ་ལོ་ཀེ་ཤྭ་རཱ་ཡ
na mo lo ke sha rA wa
This is a transcription of the Sanskrit, “Namo Lokeṣvarāya”.
“Namo” means something like, “homage to”, or, “salutations to”, and “Lokeṣvarāya” literally means, “to the Lord of the World”. “The Lord of the World” is one of the epithets of the bodhisattva Avalokiteśvara.
