tissue conditioning - when grossly ill fitting dentures

parafunctional habits (bruxism)
very atrophic ridges
cancer/ cleft patients (obturators)
what issue comes with a soft reline?
plasticiser leaches
deteriorates with time
harbours microorganisms - candida infection
