Arm supported under pillow

- Pelvis Protracted
- Knee on Small pillow/towel to prevent hyperextension
- nothing against soles of feet
Trunk Alignment when laying in Supine
Aligned in Midline
Head and Neck When lying on Affected Side
Neutral and Symmetrical

- Scapular protraction
- Shoulder forward, arm in slight abduction and ER
- Elbow Extended
- Forearm Supinated
- Fingers extended and thumb abducted

- Hip extended
- Knee flexed and supported by pillows

Neutral and Symmetrical

Midline
