Stimulation of gastric motility:
- increases lower esophageal sphincter tone
- stimulates peristalsis
- relaxes pylorus & duodenum

A
- Extrapyramidal reactions (crosses BBB)
- Orthostatic hypotension
- No change in gastric pH
