- If tumour is sideways can cause cranial nerve palsies and temporal lobe epilepsies

- Prolactinoma
- Acromegaly and Gigantism
- Cushing’s Disease

A
- More common in women
- Present with galactorrhoea / amenorrhoea / infertility
- Loss of libido
- Visual field defect
- Treatment dopamine agonist eg Cabergoline or bromocriptine.
