Tachycardia
Tachypnea
Cap refill > 3 sec
Lethargic, altered LOC
Dry, cold, mottled skin
Decreased or no urine output
Sunken eyes or fontanel

Patient 4 years old or less and weight greater than 8 kg:
2 mg PO (1/2 rapid disintegrating tab)
Or
Patient older than 4 years: 4 mg PO
Or
0.1 mg/kg SIVP/IO to a single max of 4 mg
No repeat dose
