Adult BB/CCB OD - Symptomatic Bradycardia treatment?
Treat concurrently with symptomatic bradycardia protocol
Adult BB/CCB OD - Systolic BP 90 or less and symptomatic?
20 ml/kg bolus x 2 prn - goal of MAP 65
Glucagon 2 mg IV/IO/IM q 10 total max of 6 mg
Zofran if nauseated

Calcium Chloride 1 g q 10 min total max of 3 g
Adult BB/CCB OD - QRS width greater than 0.12
Sodium bicarbonate 1 mEq/kg q 5 total max of 2 mEq/kg
Adult BB/CCB OD - Hypotension refractory to Fluid, Glucagon and Calcium treatment?
Mandatory OLMC
Norepinephrine 0.1 - 0.3 mcg/kg/min
Adult BB/CCB OD - Hypoglycemia?
Treat as per hypoglycemia protocol
Adult BB/CCB OD - What must be administered prior to medications in this toxidrome?
2x 20 ml/kg fluid boluses
Adult BB/CCB OD - Which medication can be given at the same time as the fluid boluses?
Atropine, if required according to the Bradycardia protocol
Adult BB/CCB OD - Glucagon indication?
Hypotensive beta blocker or calcium channel blocker overdose refractory to fluid boluses
Adult BB/CCB OD - Glucagon dose?
2 mg SIVP/IO/IM q 10 min prn total max of 6 mg
Adult BB/CCB OD - Glucagon contraindications?
Hypersensitivity to glucagon, beef or pork proteins
Adult BB/CCB OD - Glucagon precautions?
Use with caution if cardiovascular or renal disease
Glucagon may cause nausea and vomiting

Nausea and vomiting as a result of glucagon administration
