O2 - optimize ventilation
Obtain BGL
Obtain vascular access
Adult Opiate OD - Presents with respiratory depression or hemodynamic instability?
Naloxone
0.4 mg IV - PRN to max of 1.6 mg
0.8 mg IM - PRN to max of 3.2 mg
2 mg IN to max of 4 mg

Reversal of respiratory depression due to opiate overdose
