A

These may well be mets from a distant site (stomach, breast, colon, pancreas)

Tricky thing about mucinous ovarian tumours?

A

If they’re bilateral and everywhere then you don’t really know if they are ovarian or from the GI tract (i.e. primary in GI tract)
