Note that for this question you need to explain the mechanism of paracetamol toxicity: the development of the toxic intermediate NAPQI once glucuronidation and sulfation pathways have been saturated.
Increases glutathione availability / sulfhydryl donor.
It may bind directly to NAPQI.
