What is continues training? time? HR %?
Is at a steady state, low to moderate intensity for long periods of time. For 20 - 80 minutes at 60-80% of HR max. Works the type 1 muscle fibres and an increase in aerobic capacity
What is HITT? work rest ratio? time? HR %?
Is many periods off work followed by periods of rest. Can be adapted into any sport. 20 - 60minuets of work. 80 - 95% of HR max. Work to rest is 1 1 ratio.
