A
  1. Low salt diet for 2-3months (Furstenberg diet)
    • 100 - 1500mg or less
  2. Limit alcohol
  3. No aspirin
  4. Vasodilating drugs
    • Nicotinic acid
    • Tolazoline hydrochloride
    • Methantheline bromide
  5. Tranquilizers (Valium) - to control vertigo
  6. Antihistamine (Meclizine) - shortens the attack
  7. Anti-emetic
  8. Diuretic - lowering pressure in the endolymphatic system
  9. Intratympanic injection of Gentamicin
