2. Keep airway and tracheostomy set at bedside
3. Suction, provide fluid replacement therapy, and monitor functioning of the respiratory as required

6. Refer client and family to a support group or foundation for additional information and resources
7. Prevent complications of immobility
8. Skin care, apply anti-embolic stockings (16hrs on | 8hrs off)
9. ROM exercises, position changes
