Be aware that any time you pick up your baby from the nursery, you will be asked to show your ‘Identification Bracelet.’ This ID band will be matched against the baby’s ID band. The only other person who will be allowed to remove the infant from the nursery will be the person who attended the delivery of the baby with you. This person will have the same ID band as you and the baby. If this band is removed, that person will not be allowed to remove the infant from the nursery but the nursing staff will be happy to bring your baby to your room for you.

A
