Conservative
- pelvic floor muscle training

Mod/severe symptoms
- alpha-blocker

Enlarged prostate and high progression risk:
- 5-alpha reductase inhibitor

Not responding to an alpha blocker:
- antimuscarinic (anticholinergic)
