unknown: genetic susceptibility, toxins (MPTP-Parkinsonism, encephalitis lethargica

Levadopa, DA agonists, anticholinergics, MOAB inhibs, COMT inhibs

thalamotomy, pallidotomy, stem cell transplant, deep brain stimulation
