A

This is along the midline of the body and you follow the ASIS posteriorly and Superiorly.

A

This is Inferiorly and slightly medially to the ASIS.

A

To find the PSIS follow the Iliac crest posteriorly and inferiorly.

How to find the SI (sacroiliac) joint?

A

Locate the PSIS then move inferior and you may feel to parallel ridges that make a slight curve inwards.
This is the Lateral portion of the Sacral bone.

How do you locate the Superior Ramus of the Pubis?

A

After locating the Pubic Tubercle move on an oblique angle to the AIIS and it is a deeper palpable bone along this line.

A

Have the Client prone on the table then push in along the Gluteal Ridge with a flat palpation.
You should feel a prominent bone.
