Cueing for Kegel position
A
Gathering the sits bones and pubis together and up (visualize a trampoline)
Internal contraction
Try to keep all other muscles relaxed
Don’t grip around the buttocks!
Tweeze: squeezing the sits bones together, growing up out of pelvis
Practice stopping the flow of urine

A
Don’t let the Rectus Abdominus muscles dominate
Maintain pelvic neutral
