1.1 IMMEDIATE ACTIONS

1.1.1 - IF Instrument Air pressure decreases below 50 psig beyond 5 minutes, PERFORM the following steps to effected Unit of Units:

B. SHUTDOWN 631 Unit per 61-EOP-5002 - 631 HDS Emergency Shutdown

C. SHUTDOWN 632 Unit per 62-EOP-5001 - 632 Emergency Shutdown

Question 2

1.1.2 - ONCE Instrument Air is restored and has stabilized above 50 psig, PERFORM the following:

RESTART 630/631 Units per, 61-SOP-1009 - 630/631 Normal Unit Start up

RESTART 632 Unit per, 62-SOP-1003 - Startup after Emergency Shutdown

1.2 SUPPLEMENTAL ACTIONS

CCR/Oper 1.2.1 - CONSULT with Shift Supervisor and refer to 008-EOP-5002, Plantwide Emergency Plant Air Reduction for guidelines for resuming activities.

CCR 1.2.2 - CONTACT Utilities Console Operator concerning the loss of Instrument Air.

Question 4

CCR/Oper 1.2.3 - ATTEMPT to determine cause of Loss of Plant Air if possible.

CCR/Oper 1.2.4 - MONITOR unit operations and equipment until unit can be restored to normal operations

Question 5

CCR/Oper 1.2.5 - NOTIFY the FLS of actions taken.
