1.1 IMMEDIATE ACTIONS

1.1.1 - IF loss of feed pump(s) on 630 HDS occurs, PERFORM the following:

A. VERIFY closure of 60XV5201 and 60XV5202 Hydrogen back flow valves from loss of feed flow.

B. ENSURE all individual heater burner valves on 630F0001 Heater are closed.

C. VERIFY the status and condition of 630P0005A/B, Feed Pump, and place spare pump in service.

D. RESTART 630F0001 Heater per HDSO-SOP-2008 Heater Operation/Maintenance Preparation.

E. MONITOR 630D0005 Feed Drum Level and divert Feed stream if required.

F. IF 630P0005A/B (spare) Feed Pump is unavailable, SHUTDOWN 630 unit per, 61-SOP-1010 630/631 Normal Unit Shutdown.

B. ENSURE the individual heater burner valve on 632F0001 Heater is closed.

C. VERIFY the status and condition of 632P0001A/B Feed Pump and place spare in service

D. RESTART (if required) 632F0001 Heater per 62-SOP-2028 F1/F2 Heater Operation/Maintenance.

E. MONITOR 632TK585 Feed Drum Level and divert feed stream if required.

F. IF 632P0001A/B (spare) Feed Pump is unavailable, SHUTDOWN 632 Unit per 62-SOP-1002 Normal Unit Shutdown.

1.1.4 - IF loss of fresh feed on 630 HDS occurs, PERFORM the following:

A. MONITOR 630D0005 Feed Surge Drum level.

B. CIRCULATE Product release to Feed line through the Recycle Jumpover (Notso line) to maintain 630D0005 Feed Drum Level.

C. IF circulation can not be maintained, FOLLOW procedure 630/631 Normal Unit Shutdown.

1.1.5 - IF loss of fresh feed on 631 HDS occurs, PERFORM the following:

A. MONITOR 631D0006 Feed Surge Drum level.

B. MAXIMIZE circulation using 61FV0093, Circulation Valve.

C. MAINTAIN normal Rx operating conditions, including DS
O injection if in Renewable Diesel mode.

D. CONTACT the Intermediate Pumper if in Renewable Diesel mode to identify the problem and determine length of time before feed is returned to service.

E. CONTACT the Crude console to determine when Feed can be restored.

F. IF circulation can’t be maintained, FOLLOW procedure 61-SOP-1010 630/631 Normal Unit Shutdown.

1.1.6 - IF loss of fresh feed on 632 HDS occurs, PERFORM the following:

A. OPEN 815 Tank MOV-100 from the console. (IF MOV-100 or tank 815 is not available, perform Normal Unit Shutdown on 632 Unit, per 62-SOP-1002, Normal Unit Shutdown procedure.

B. START 815 Transfer Pump from the 632 console. (IF not in service).

CCR/Oper
C. IF fresh feed to 632 Feed Surge Drum (585 Tank) cannot be restored, PERFORM Shutdown, per 62-SOP-1002, Normal Unit Shutdown.
