CCR/Oper 1.1.1 - NOTIFY Fire Department at extension 4444 that Light HDS Unit has a Tube Rupture and Fire, and provide name, unit, and location of fire, and ENSURE information is understood before hanging up.

CCR 1.1.5 - PLACE Fuel Gas Pressure Controller (60PC0112/61PC0041/62PC0311/62PC0313), on appropriate Rx Feed Heater (630F0001/631F0002/632F0001), or Reboiler Heater (632F0002), in MANUAL and CLOSE

Oper 1.1.6 - IF Fuel Gas Pressure Control Valve (60PV0112/61PV0041/62PV0311/62PV0313, to appropriate Rx Feed Heater, or Reboiler Heater is ACCESSIBLE, CLOSE upstream valve on appropriate Fuel gas Pressure Control Valve.

Oper 1.1.7 - IF Fuel Gas Pressure Control Valve (60PV0112/61PV0041/62PV0311/62PV0313), to appropriate Rx Feed Heater, or Reboiler Heater is NOT ACCESSIBLE, CLOSE block valve on Fuel Gas line located at plot edge.

Oper 1.1.8 - BYPASS affected unit feed to product at the plot edge.

Oper 1.1.9 - SHUT DOWN Unit Feed Pump, in appropriate unit, and CLOSE discharge valve on Feed Pump.

1.1.10 - IF 630/631 Units are SHUTDOWN, PERFORM the following:

A. DEPRESSURE 630 Unit to Contactor (630T0003) by OPENING isolation valve located at top of Flash Drum (630D0007).

B. CLOSE header valve on Hydrogen supply located at Hydrogen Header.

C. IF valves to Header Coils on affected Reactor Feed Heater are ACCESSIBLE, CLOSE valves to Heater Coils.

1.1.11 - IF 632 Unit is SHUTDOWN, PERFORM the following:

A. PLACE 62PC0302, Unit Pressure Controller in MANUAL and OPEN

B. CLOSE valve on Hydrogen Supply located at 632D0005, Hydrogen Makeup Drum.

C. IF valves to Heater Coils on affected Reactor Feed Heater/Reboiler Heater are ACCESSIBLE, CLOSE valves to Heater Coils.

Question 8

1.1.12 - IF Heater Coil Steam out is REQUIRED, and valves to Heater Coils on affected Rx Feed Heater/Reboiler Heater are ACCESSIBLE, PERFORM the following:

A. OPEN valves to appropriate Heater Coils.

B. START Steam to appropriate Heat Coils.

C. MAINTAIN Steam flow through Heater Coils UNTIL Hydrocarbons are REMOVED.
