1.1 IMMEDIATE ACTIONS
Oper 1.1.1 - OPEN valve on feed bypass line around Depentanizer Feed Accumulator (534 D0021), to 632 Unit located @ East Plot edge.

Oper 1.1.2 - CLOSE Depentanizer Feed Accumulator (534 D0021) inlet valve.

Oper 1.1.3 - SHUTDOWN Depentanizer Feed Pump (534 P0029/A).

CCR 1.1.4 - PLACE the following Controllers in MANUAL and CLOSE:

-Depentanizer Feed Flow Controller (54FC0035)
-Depentanizer Bottoms Flow Controller (54FC0045)
-Depentanizer Reboiler Heater Fuel Gas Controller (54PC1016)
-Depentanizer Overhead Flow Controller (54FC0052)

Question 2

CCR/Oper 1.1.5 - ACTIVATE the fuel gas manual shutdown switch (54HS5004) to 54F0005 Heater on the Field Light off Panel or on the console.

Oper/CCR 1.1.6 - ENSURE SIS system tripped Fuel Gas Chopper Valves (54XV5009 and 54XV5010), CLOSED.

CCR/CHIEF 1.2.1 - NOTIFY the following 534 Depentanizer Unit has shutdown:
-SHIFT FLS
-Coker Console

Oper 1.2.2 - Close Upstream valve on the following Control Valves:
-Depentanizer Overhead Flow Controller (54FC0052)
-Depentanizer Bottoms Flow Controller (54FC0045)
-Depentanizer Reboiler Heater Fuel Gas Controller (54PC1016)

Oper 1.2.3 - CLOSE block valves on Fuel Gas line located at each Depentanizer Reboiler Heater Burner.

CCR/Oper 1.2.4 - IF level in Depentanizer Accumulator (534D0023), is less than 20%, as indicated by Level Transmitter (54LT0024)
SHUT DOWN Reflux/Overhead Pumps (534P0027 & 534P0032).

Question 4

Oper 1.2.5 - SHUT DOWN Depentanizer Bottoms Pump (534P0028/A).

Oper 1.2.6 - IF emergency allows the Depentanizer Bottoms Pump to be run, LEAVE Bottoms Pump running to keep Heater Process flow transmitter taps from plugging with coke fines.

CCR 1.2.7 - MAINTAIN Fuel Gas pressure on 534T0022, Depentanizer Tower using 54PC0007, Fuel Gas Pressure Controller set at 8 psig.
