1.1 IMMEDIATE ACTIONS

CCR/Oper 1.1.1 - CONTINUE sweeping the unit with H2 If the emergency allows the compressors to run. IF not, SHUTDOWN the compressor servicing 630 unit.

CCR 1.1.2 - NOTIFY Heavy HDS Console Operator to divert 633 Overhead liquids away from 630 Unit.

CCR 1.1.3 - DIVERT feed going to 630 unit, by performing the following steps at plot limits:

A

CCR A- NOTIFY Oil movements that 630 unit will be bypassed, and product needs to be diverted to off test tank.

Oper B- OPEN the Feed to Product manual BYPASS valve located at the plot edge.

Oper C- CLOSE 6” feed inlet valve at plot edge.

Oper 1.1.4 - ISOLATE 630 unit from 631 using 60FV0011 Hydrogen regulator if 631 unit can safely run. IF hot sweep is possible on 630 unit, the N/A this step.

CCR 1.1.5 - ENGAGE the Hydrocarbon Feed bypass on 60HS0002A DCS & 60HC5114 SIS. (If emergency allows for a Hot Hydrogen Sweep. If not, omit this step and continue to next step.)
