CCR/Oper 1.1.3 - IF loss of Reboiler Circulation was due to Flow controller malfunction, OPEN bypass around 62FV0115, LEF Reboiler Flow controller

CCR/Oper 1.1.4 - IF Reboiler Circulation was re-established and the SIS system caused the fuel gas chopper valve to close, RESET 632F0002, LEF Reboiler heater SIS system per, 62-SOP-2028, Heater Operation.

CCR/Oper 1.1.5 - IF LEF Reboiler Circulation cannot be restored, PERFORM 62-EOP-5001 Emergency Shutdown.
