Group D- 1.28 million general public no data on mental illness of parents

Records from the national register in denmark was used

Diagnosed using the ICD 8 and 10
What were the results of the study?
Group A- 24.9% bipolar
Group B- 4.4% bipolar
Group C- 0.48% bipolar
Group D- 0.63% bipolar
Group E- 10.8% bipolar
Group F- 11.7% bipolar
What conclusion can be drawn from the study?
It can be concluded that there is a greater risk of being admitted with a psychological disorder if both parents being admitted with a disorder compared to the general population
