CVS - chronic villous sampling from placenta (early less than 15 weeks)
Amniocentesis - from amniotic fluids (>15 weeks)
Combined test - 10-14 weeks

- AFP: Unchanged
- Estriol: Low
- hCG: Low
- Inhibin A: Unchanged
