    0-2 years old.
    -Sensory impressions and motor activities
    -object permanence: knowing that things exist when you can’t see them

    -can talk but still dumb there is no logic
    -conservation: volume, mass, and other things stay the same even when the form changes
    -egocentrism: they can’t look at other’s POV
  3. concrete operational stage:
    -7-11 years old
    -logic unlocked
