T4 and free T4 are both low or low normal
increased liver enzymes
T3 is not a good test for hypothyroidism
constitutional growth delay signs
Normal size at birth, followed by a decrease in both height and weight velocity in the first years of life
Normal velocity following lower percentile
Height and weight equally affected
Attain normal adult height
Constitutional growth delay vs familial short stature
constitutional growth delay there is a delay in bone age as well as puberty but there is a difference in the staging between bone age and puberty.

Familial short stature has normal puberty
Bone age is the same as chronological age
Final height is decreased
abnormal growth in kids
growth that falls off curve 2 SD and is not between mid parental height
growth failure

what is dawn phenomenon
tissue desensitized to insulin nocturnally resulting in elevated blood sugar through the night and elevated at 7 am
how to tx dawn phenomenon
add or inc the dose of hs insulin
