Enlargement of penis (length @ first). Further growth of testes.

Increased size of penis with growth in breadth and development of glans; testes and scrotum larger, scrotum skin darker.

Spermatocele
Fluid filled cyst of epididymis that transilluminates (smaller than hydrocele and nodular). Spermatoceles do not go away without treatment. most Spermatoceles require no treatment. If the spermatocele is not causing pain or is not so large that clothing is uncomfortable, the Spermatoceles can be left alone
Primary cause of secondary amenorrhea
pregnancy
Vaginal secretion that is green and copious
