Natural fat that eczema patients have less of. if just a lipid and doesn’t go in spots need
Humectant treatment
Hygroscopic cpds attracts and hold water
glycerin, prop glycol, phospholipids
Keratin softening agent treatment
For specialized spots like elbows, little more clinical. 20 % is bit tingly
AHA and urea are eg.

around 12%
is 3% salicylic acid wanted?
No, adds calaritic/clincal effect, don’t want for normal dry skin
