What is persistent depressive disorder
Depressed mood that occurs for most of the day, more days than not, for at least two years ( 1 year for children and adolescents)

Psychotherapy
medications: antidepressants, antianxiety, anti-psychotics

Temperamental:neuroticism
environmental: adverse childhood experiences, stressful life events genetic and physiological: 1st° relative with major depressive disorder- 2-4x higher risk than general population
